Sound Bath, Breath Work, Healing
On 11/11, join us for a night of healing breath work, and magical sound bath, and spend a Saturday night going within as your night out!
In numerology, the meaning of 1111 is deep and powerful. 11 is considered to be a “Master Number”, representing intuition, dreams and the presence of spiritual guidance. They signal that a high-powered transformation is headed your way!
This year, 11/11 is also Veterans Day. This month, our event will support more than WBP, and our minds, but also our Veterans!
LA is home to over 325,000 Veterans. Over 4,000 Veterans in LA are homeless, and over 23% of Veterans suffer with PTSD. Thanks to a generous grant from the Jack Kushner Foundation we are now supporting Veteran family mental health and wellness.
TICKETS ARE FREE TO VETERANS WHO WISH TO JOIN US FOR THIS HEALING EVENT.
We will start by getting comfortable in the uncomfortable with movement. Then we drop into breathwork for breaking down walls and connecting to the heart. We end with a blissful soundbath that is guaranteed to leave you floating for the rest of your evening. Bring yoga mat, water, eye masks, pillows and blanket. Get COZY! It is not unusual for your body temperature to drop when in breathwork & soundbath.
