So many of us were raised comparing ourselves to everyone around us and looking for validation anywhere but from within. 

We were sold this idea that there was some sort of perfection that we were trying to reach - as if perfection is even possible! 

We spent our lives hiding our authentic selves, trying to fit into some version of what we thought we should be - some life or body or relationship or job that society told us we were supposed to have in order to be whole or happy.

Self-love, a radical act of self-compassion and self-acceptance, is an important component in overall mental health and well-being. It is associated with increased happiness and optimism, confidence, improved problem-solving abilities, and more satisfying relationships. 

When a person truly cares about their well-being, they are less critical towards themselves and others.  They are able to assert themselves at home and at work. They recognize negative behavior patterns in their lives and compassionately make changes. They more easily offer love, acceptance, and forgiveness to the people around them.

Worthy Beyond Purpose challenges you to love yourself unconditionally for 10 days. 10 days to get to know yourself better. 10 days to be kind to yourself. 10 days to replenish your inner world so you can face all the joys and all the challenges of life while letting your authentic self shine bright.

Join our 10 Days of Self-Love Meditation Challenge

Our teachers are here to help you! No previous meditation experience needed!

How it works:

  • Sign up for our newest 10 Day Meditation Challenge below.

  • Follow us on Instagram.

  • Invite your friends to the challenge.

  • Our team will post an IG story every morning at 8 am PST, starting August 5th, with a guided meditation and daily activity for you to do. You will have 24 hours to access each meditation.

  • We will post daily affirmations and reflections on our Instagram

  • You will receive a confirmation email after you sign up with more instructions as well as 3 emails, checking in with your progress over the course of the challenge.
