Just two minutes of meditation results in a calmer, more contented you. Just two minutes focusing on your breath and the present time experience can start to transform the neural pathways in your brain towards peace and positivity!

  • Sign up for our 10 Day Challenge below.

  • Follow us on Instagram.

  • Invite your friends to the challenge. (3 Reasons To Meditate With Your Friends)

  • Meditate for at least 2 minutes for 10 Days. Even the busiest person has time for two minutes!

  • Our team will post an IG Live Story every morning at 8 am PST with a guided meditation for you to follow along with. You will have 24 hours to access each meditation.

  • We will post daily affirmations to keep you excited about your new routine.

  • We will send 3 emails, checking in with your progress, over the course of the challenge.
