Meditation to Manifestation
I am a spiritual being having a human experience.
Over the past three years, my meditation practice has gone through some changes. My journey began with only guided meditations. I’d get comfortable and dive into some self-love, affirmations, forgiveness and love, and kindness. I was getting all the pep talks I could handle. It was a beautiful introduction to what meditation can offer.

Over the last year, through a Certification Course I took with University of Holistic Theology, I became truly connected with silent meditations. This is where things really started to happen for me.
I’d heard the saying before, “Praying is when you ask for something, and meditation is when you listen.”
This is how this concept finally internalized for me, as I realized…what kind of relationship is it if someone is always talking and never listening? Not a good one, right?
A relationship is knowing when to talk and knowing when to listen. And my relationship to my universal connection was always filled with noise, it was never me just listening. So, when that changed, everything changed, for the BEST! I started to listen, and I started to feel a connection like never before.
This is where the fun begins.
When I made the effort to authentically quiet my mind, I became able to intentionally pay attention to my thoughts. But it went far beyond that as I learned the skills to actually control my thoughts, instead of my mind just running wild, I could choose what I wanted to think about and focus on it. When I did that, I began to be able to create a life I love and to live it powerfully. What a gift. From meditation to manifestation.
This is how Worthy Beyond Purpose was born.
This is how I got the apartment I wanted, the job I wanted and also a large sum of money was given to me through this process. All of this comes from being able to clear out the noise in my mind. Being able to connect to Source and get really clear on what it is I want.
It’s been my experience that everything is created from thoughts. We have the thought. We then speak about it. Once the words are spoken into existence, it becomes an energetic force. Once I became clear on my thoughts, I found my power to create.
It is also my experience that what I am manifesting must be aligned with my highest self-purpose. It cannot be for selfish consumption or for an unworthy cause. It has to be aligned with my divine assignment. I also have found that I have to feel it with every ounce of my being. Feeling into the desired as if it already happened.

I’ve put together some recommendations for your meditation practice and making the connection to your universal source.
How do you want your life to feel? What things or experiences allow you to feel that way? Write down: FEEL and how do you want to feel. DO and what you can do to feel like this. BE and what you want to be.
Make a plan of manifestation. “A goal without a plan is just a wish” - Antoine de Saint-Exupery. Write down three actions you can do today to become closer to your wish.
Focus on one piece of the puzzle at a time. You become a master of your life when you learn how to control where your attention goes. Value what you give your energy and time to. Get rid of what no longer serves you, no matter how painful, let it go.
Meditate on this goal every day. FEEL what it would feel like to have achieved the thing you’re after. Deep in meditation, see it, feel it, BE it.
Align your mind and environment to make it happen. If you’re miserable at your job and you complain about it every day, you’re going to get more of that. You have to take the leap of faith and trust that the universe is working for you.
Receive and acknowledge what you get. Say, “thank you,” to the universe often. Everything is happening for you. Gratitude is everything.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. Personally, I’m just getting started being the puppet master of my life. This has been an incredible journey and meditation is an invaluable gift. It has given me a life beyond my wildest dreams and I want you to have that too.
